E-commerce & Customer Services Assistant
We are looking to fill a Full time position within our company for an E-Commerce and Customer Services Assistant immediately.
The applicant must have online E-commerce experience, as well as the following skills:
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
-Competent customer service skills
-Excellent organisational skills
-The ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to multi-task
-Strong team player
-Self-motivated and enthusiastic, can plan and prioritise effectively
The duties will range from the following:
-Attending to emails (customer queries)
-Answering phone calls (customer queries)
-Dealing with customer returns
-General office work as well as other administrative tasks
The position is full time, minimum 40 hrs per week, including some weekends when needed.
Salary depending on the individual and their experience.
