I'm a single mum of 2 looking for a 2/3 bed property to rent.
I will be a housing Benefit claimant but I am able to provide a deposit and the first months rent in advance.
Due to a realtionship breakdown I am having to stay with a family member and need some where of my own asap.
Any area In nottingham considered also areas such as Sutton in ashfield/Mansfield.
