Festival sound and lighting technician traineeship

Do you like going to festivals, gigs and live events? Looking to learn new skills in a creative environment? Staged for Life is a unique, free, two week training programme funded by Young Start, teaching young people aged 16–24 practical skills in operating sound and lighting equipment for live events.
The course (which is run by industry experts) will take place between July 11th - 21st in central Edinburgh, and is accredited through Edinburgh College. No previous experience necessary - just lots of enthusiasm!
Supported work placements in various Fringe venues during August available to those who complete the course. There are limited spaces so get in touch with questions or apply today by sending a CV and short cover letter.
