Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s tiny day market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan Pizzas, stunning pizza lovers and critics alike.
Our menu has only 6 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers.
We like to keep it fresh and simple.
We are an independent restaurant group, building a portfolio of successful local London restaurants.
The successful candidate for Kitchen Porter's position should possess the following experience and abilities:
•Previous experience within a busy food operation;
•Ensuring Kitchen Key Performance Indicators are achieved
•Be able to work closely with the Management Team and Head Pizzaiolo
