The George on the Strand is a very special business as we have a gastro pub on the ground floor serving classic traditional British food, 9 rotating real ales, 10 craft beers and 80 bin wine list.
We have the Pig & Goose on the 1st floor which is our fine dining restaurant, with beautiful views over looking the Royal Courts of Justice, we have a cocktail lounge and private dining room, a 40 cover main dining room with an open theatre kitchen.
The team at the George are all passionate about offering the best guest experience to all the enter, whether its for a pint of beer or a business lunch, the service we offer is professional, slick and friendly.
We are looking for team members for the fine dining restaurant with cocktail experience and also a team for the pub. You must have a passion for great service, love food and can work well as part of a great team.
