Grinder has been cleaned regularly with Puly grind crystals.
Puly is a brand of professional coffee cleaning products from Italy. The puly grind crystals are used to use professional grinders, and also for prosumer and domestic grinders, as well as bean to cup coffee machine.
What they do is to simply remove built up coffee grinds, oils and tannins from the burrs, and this stuff is as simple to use as grinding coffee. You just pour a sachet into the grinder, grind it through, put some beans in, grind them and dump them until all the crystals are gone (doesn\'t take much, about 14g).
