The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the City centre, right around the corner from Haystation Market. The building has a pool, small gym, and a courtyard for outdoor cooking - all of these are accessible for the period of the month and included in the price of rent.
The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, and closet which will all be empty for the tenant. You'll be living with one other flatmate - a young male professional who is social, tidy, and loves to cook & workout. The flat has a spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, and one bathroom.
Rent is £700 for the entire month *OR* £200 per week. This includes all utility bills, internet, the furnished room, and pool/gym access. The room is available from the 1st to the 31st.
