Description
Toyota Celica 1.8 VVTLi 190 for sale.
Tax/MOT 'ti' March 2017.
This particular model is effectively a T-Sport but with cloth seats. Sandra and I are vegetarian so we didn't want leather!!!
The Celica has done 101K+ miles and is on a '51 plate registered on 12/12/2001 (practically speaking a 2002 car in terms of age).
The car is in "good condition" by definition on an auto trading website but as far as I'm concerned it's 15 years old and has the odd paint chip at the front end as expected. It has newish front brake discs/pads, new rear pads and a new back box on the exhaust. The car is in perfect working order apart from the indicators don't "cancel" automatically after straightening up the steering wheel. The T-Sport spec was pretty good in those days :- electric sunroof, electric door mirrors, immobiliser, Tracker, 6-speed gearbox and the audio is an Alpine TDM-7580R Radio/cassette plus Alpine CHM-S620 CD auto changer (6 disc) which was high end at the time the car was produced. The car comes alive when you kick-down due to the intelligent-lift valve operation and 190 bhp engine - well worth a test drive. And another thing - one of the Team Dynamics alloy wheels has a slightly different look to the others because we had to replace the wheel when it got wobbly and couldn't find the older style wheels second hand.
Please see the service history on one of the snaps.
I'm looking for as near to £1500 as possible so I've put a price of £1200 and will consider respectable offers between £1200 to £1500 another auto trading website values the car at £1250 for the basic 190bhp model. If you have any questions about the Celica, please email and I will get back to you ASAP.
