I am selling roughly 16 square mtrs of marble effect white laminate flooring. This is only been on my floor for 7 mnths and is like new. It will be lifted neatly and will be in a nearly new condition. Only lifting due to the Mrs changing her colours in the room and would prefer a darker effect. Open to viewing before lifting next Wednesday if required. cost £250 new
