Hi,
My name is Nicholas and I moved here from Ireland at the beginning of June for a job. I began working on the 6th June and have been in between temporary accommodations since I got here. I currently live in a flat on Elm Row (only up until the 28th June) and would be looking to find a relatively central flat so as to minimise the daily commute to work.
I work on Holyrood Road near the parliament buildings.
I'm 26, very friendly and easy to get along with, clean, reliable and enjoy socialising. I enjoy sports, playing video games, guitar and reading and I am very respectful of other peoples space and privacy.
I would be looking to view flats within the next 2 weeks and moving in hopefully not much later than July 1st.
My budget is quite flexible, willing to pay well if the right place comes up.
I work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and also work some overtime on the weekends/evenings.
