Benderloch is a small quiet village near the popular seaside town of oban which is the seafood capital of Scotland, benderloch has a primary school, a shop Garage which is open for 6am daily, a café, and plenty of walking areas, it has a local sandy beach, panoramic views of the mountains, cycle routes to oban and fort William,many restaurants and bars in the town centre,with Tesco Argos hombase and aldi Subway and lidl and a high school, and ferrys to and from the islands in oban,there is a bus to oban, fort William, Glasgow and other areas from benderloch , the house as a very large 3 bedroomed, double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each room, there is a downstairs toilet, and living room and dining room and a modern kitchen, back and front well maintained gardens, upstairs bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, oban is a much sought after area and 3 bedrooms are very hard to rent here, looking to move to a similar quiet area in Scotland but will consider quiet rural areas in England or near the borders of Scotland, more pictures on request by email
