In particular, it just takes 10 min walk to the QUB campus and the library.
The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (WiFi, TV, leather sofas, dining table, chairs, washing machine, drier and basic kitchen staff). You can use common kitchen wares and cutlery, so no need to buy your own. The common space such as bathroom and kitchen are being kept clean by weekly cleaning service.
It is cozy and the residents are all matured female PhD / Postgraduate students, so everyone respects others' values and live in harmony. NO PARTY AT ALL.
