Hi,
We're looking for a new housemate to share our beautiful 4-bedroom house in the best location in Bristol.
I (Tom) own n love the house and consider myself pretty darn lucky to have found myself in my favourite square in Bristol (Fremantle Square). A stones throw from the colour of Stokes Croft and a gentle walk into town/Clifton, but yet in blissfully quiet Kingsdown. Where the sun shines, the birds sing and the wreckheads avoid because of the gradient of Ninetree hill**.
The house has two living rooms, a front garden, back garden, conservatory, wooden floors, huge kitchen diner, piano, record player, working fires & projector for film nights and two bathrooms. I’ve re-done the hallway, bedrooms, floorboards, windows etc over the last year.
I’m an entrepreneur, running an internet business with offices in Bristol/Romania. Alex is a dentist and Miriam a doctor.
This is a smallish double room that gets morning sunshine overlooking the square, with views to the hills beyond. It has a cupboard, double bed, chest of drawers etc.
We're ideally looking for somebody who wants to create a home rather than just a place to crash - you know the score, a grown up/professional who’s ‘normal’/interesting/fun/bright. Someone who’ll water the plants, be considerate, generous, wants to make the place look nicer than it is, turn the lights off, recycle, have a meal or two together, believes that what goes around comes around... We're away a lot so there’s plenty of space, but also like to chill and enjoy living together.
