Hi, I have a double room available to rent in my 2 bedroom flat in Woodlands. The flat is in a great location, 5 mins from both Kelvinbridge and St Georges Cross subways and only a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre (depending on how much of a hurry you are in!)
The room is bright with built in wardrobes, and is a great size even with a king size bed.

As for me, I'm a pretty laid back, sociable, 29 year old professional female, ideally looking for someone like minded to share with.

Students 25yrs+ are welcome but no council tax reduction to rent.
