Double room in lovely house in Cathays

I'm looking for a female housemate for the spare room in my 2 bed terrace house close to the University and Roath Park.

The room is a good sized furnished double room and there's a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. There's also a small attic bedroom that can be used for any visiting guests/storage.

Ideally you'll be a student as I'll be studying on a Masters course which means I wont have to pay council tax, so although I'm happy to have a young professional they would unfortunately have to pay the council tax bill - which isn't fun!

It's important that I find someone chilled and fun who I get along with as there's really nice shared space in the house so it's a shame not to use it properly! Though I'll be studying on a fairly intense course so I won't be around all the time.

Bills usually come to about £100 per month, but that's obviously split between two and all the services are on meters so you pay for what you use.
