I have a double room for a single person in my spacious, newly refurbished maisonette within a small block in Redcliffe, conveniently located for the amenities of Central Bristol and Temple Meads train station.
The light and airy room is furnished with a double bed, small desk, 2 chests and a wardrobe although this can be changed to suit your requirements.
The shared area of the flat includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, each with shower and wc and a large covered balcony which is suitable for outdoor eating/relaxing. There is also a separate secure bike store.
I am in my fifties, spend quite a bit of time away from home and looking for responsible, independent, sociable people to share the flat which is in a quiet block where families live so late night music/parties are not possible.
Rent is £420 per calendar month. It includes Council Tax, all energy bills, heating, water, wifi broadband, TV. In addition to one month's rent in advance a refundable £420 security deposit is required.
