Double room

I have a double room available to rent as soon as I find the right person.
The flat is 2 minuts walking to Telford college and 2 minuts walking to the bus stop, buses: 29, 27, 37, N37 ,21, 19, 38, 47, X29, X37, X47,8, 14, 16, 24, 32, N16.
Shops very near, again 5 minuts walking ( Farmhouse, McColls, Morrisons, Iceland, Lidl...)
The flat is new, just finished with the painting, there is not internet at the moment as I work with phone hotspot currently, but willing to get if needed.
I am working most of the time , so I would like to find sombody quiet, relaxed, responsible and more important clean.
