This is a really good hoover great at picking up pet hair, I have recently put a new hose on the vacuum and has all the attachments that it came with. The only thing that's wrong with this hoover is that I cracked the ball shell but this does not affect the way the Hoover moves at all, a replacement is roughly about £15 off the Dyson website and I have added a screenshot of the website page that I found the cover on and I've taken that off the price that I'm asking for.
