Located in Watson Crescent, within 30mins walking to George Square. One bathroom one kitchen and lounge space.
The flat is in second floor. The rent is 245£ per month excluding bills. My friend and me share the big bedroom. The bills will be taken averagely by three.
Deposit is one month's rent no contract.
About us:
You are going to share the flat with two postgraduate students both in their mid-twenties. Both female and easy going.
We are from China and are studying in Architecture in the University of Edinburgh. We love arts and movies.
We are looking for:
A student or professional preferable in their twenties. Tidy and clean. Better non-smoking. (It's ok if not too much)
Female would be better. Yet male are also welcomed.
We need quiet nights for most of the times. Yet sometimes we may enjoy a party. We are willing to make friends with you.
