This delightful privately owned chalet, in a lush verdant park, is situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Only a mile away from the bustling ancient market town of Builth Wells, built on the banks of the Wye. It is the perfect base to explore the magnificent beauty of the Welsh countryside.
The chalet is well appointed and spotlessly clean. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (in a small bunk room).
I have been renting the cabin out very succesfully in ordwer to cover all fees.
The cabin is on a twelve month rolling lease with a possible option to purchase a 10 year lease.
The site is closed for 6 weeks each year during Jan/Feb.
The site fee each year is about £2000
