We have an exciting opportunity for a Central Kitchen & Private events Manager to join our team of budding pizzaiolos and become part of our rapidly developing concept!
Who we Are?
Pizzarova was founded in 2013 serving delicious fresh, fast, handmade sourdough pizza across somerset and dorset out the back of our Landrover defender. We've now bought these core values to a permanent home in Gloucester Road, with a new street food concept now open in Wapping Wharf, Southside.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to run at our engine room at Wincanton in Somerset, running both the central kitchen (food and sourdough prep, cleanliness and stock management) and our private events (wedding and party pizza catering) so adaptability is a must.
Enthusiastic and energetic, a leader who has a keen eye for detail and loves developing a team and keeping those standards tip top. After all, the future of Pizzarova is the people we hire and the happiness of our team.
Experience is not essential as a substantial training period will be given, just an ability to take responsibility and ownership, as well as a good for ethic. Would suit a young person looking to build a career in catering/ hospitality. Opportunities to progress throughout the business as we grow.

40 Hour weekly contract. Hours are generally 9-5 Monday - Friday (with occasional weekends for private events). Starting Salary/ hourly rate dependant on experience. Perks; Free Pizza, plenty of staff do's, plenty of opportunity for progression and a great team.
