Edinburgh Job Opportunity!
Cotterell & Co are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join our Ecommerce department as an Online Sales Advisor.
Working from our Edinburgh offices above our fabulous Causewayside Showroom, this full time position involves 40 weekly hours over 5 days (Mon-Fri) with alternate Saturdays included.
Duties Include:
- Sales & inquiry processing by phone, email & live chat.
- Data entry, record keeping and reports.
- Liaising with warehouse staff and suppliers.
- Providing cover and support to online marketing & admin staff.
- Use of various software: Excel, Word, Outlook, Magento, etc.
- Other general office duties.
Salary:
- Negotiable depending on experience.
(Meets National Living Wage/Minimum Wage Regulations)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience of Ecommerce, Online Sales, Online Marketing and/or Online Marketplaces is preferred.
- A good typing speed and excellent English language communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience of: Excel, Word, Outlook, Magento, Wordpress, Mailchimp, CMS and external marketplaces would be advantageous.
