Each chain is 6 ft 5 inches long, each chain weighs 15kg, you add them to your bar and as the weight is lifted up the weight from the chain comes off the floor and increases, as the bar goes down the weight decreases. Can be used with weights or without. Massive improvements in strength and power. NO OLYMPIC COLLARS BUT THE CHAINS WILL FIT OVER ANY SPRING COLLAR. PRICE REDUCED,simply hook on and add to the plates already on your bar, this makes all the difference to muscle fibre growth. Can be used on a standard bar if you wish as the chain link will fit directly onto the bar, no collar needed. Used for curls, presses, squats, bench press, DEADLIFTS, galvanised steel chain.
