Mariner 40hp Short shaft outboard engine for sale, new impeller and sparks.

This is a Mariner 40hp for sale. We were going to use this for the coming season but decided to upgrade to the same engine with electric start and a charge system.

I have just replaced the impeller and put new spark plugs in and she started on the third pull. The you tube video shows her working and pumping water with no problems. I did try to show it going into forward and reverse but i turned the camera when changing gear, no problems engaging or staying in gear.

Great engine and never let us down. Dont expect to come and see a new engine as this is not, comes with free scratches and scrapes.

Priced to sell and a bargain at this price. Set up for cables as much easier with this size of engine rather than tiller.
