- Phone wasn't holding charge properly before . Battery and part inside of the phone has been replaced. It seems to hold charge better, but please be aware that battery might be draining fast and this problem could start again, because it's not battery what causes this. Screen sometimes could get stuck/unresponsive but by pressing on/off button it's working again. Volume button down on the side is not working but you change volume on the phone.
