Description
My mother got married in 1957 in this dress which I think was made for her. Size 8-10 approx It is ivory / pale cream lace, with satin lining, zip up back, scalloped neckline, short sleeves, fitted bodice, full skirt. She was 5\'2" and it came to just above her ankles - I am about same height and pictures show how long it goes on me. We washed the dress by hand, but there remain two light stains on the skirt - see photos 3 and 4. I have not tried to get them removed but they may be removable by bleaching or by dyeing.
