Sygn are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active hospitality professional to take on the role of Deputy General Manager.
Ideal candidates will have had at least 1 year's managerial experience in a bar/restaurant environment, with cocktail knowledge preferred.
Roles & responsibilities will include -
Stock control
Daily cash handling & recording
Contributing to new food & drink ideas for Sygn
Training staff members
Maintaining the atmosphere, service and product quality within Sygn
