We have a course starting on Thursday 27th October at our Flagship Fitness Spa Reynolds Retreat. The course will run 2 days a week on a Thursday and Friday. 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Open days are;
Friday 7th October 10am-12pm
Friday 14th October 10am- 12pm
Friday 21st October 10am –12pm
