WJ Harris Bristol Ltd are a busy catering butcher based in Bristol serving Nursing Homes, Restaurants and Catering Establishments and have a vacancy for an Experienced Butcher. Working days would be a 5 Day week with occasional Saturdays as Holiday cover.
We would require a Catering Butcher with knowledge of all aspects of butchery including beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Catering Butcher duties include preparing customers orders according to their individual specifications, de-boning, portion control, quality control.
Salary determined by experience.
