Looking for Flat to rent (Can move in ASAP with cash in hand!)

I put up an ad like this a few years ago and ended up in a month to month sublet in a council estate in London at a great price (I stayed for 4 years!)

I'm now looking again for a place in london to rent. It doesn't have to be central, but I'd like more than a bedsit.

I am a 30 year old male. Work in technology. No pets, dont smoke, dont party, spend any free time traveling.

I can pay in cash every month, and am more than willing to have you speak with my last landlord (I had zero issues!)

Please advise what you have available and lets work something out!


I'm open to:
Sublet from you and pay you rent
Rent month to month
Rent with a rolling short term contract
Living in your apartment with all your stuff in it to save you storage fee's
Only renting a few weeks a month (if you travel)
Renting your council house if you dont want to lose your lease but aren't there often
very VERY flexible!




P.S. dont' worry if your apt is worn, dingy, or unimpressive (or a bit outside of london). I'm not really that worried and will not think it a waste of my time to hear from you!
