Rent for the double room is £291.25 + bills, rent for the single room is 241.25 + bills. Monthly bills are around £49 (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax etc). There is a £22.50 admin fee to arrange the contract and one off payment for reference checks. The share of the deposit it £278.75.
The rooms are furnished and come with double/single bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table.
